1Digital Courses, Specializations & Recurring Memberships

All online courses, specializations, masterclasses, and downloadable pattern blueprints hosted on siflegacy.com are digital intellectual property. Because full digital access is provisioned instantly upon payment:

Single Courses & Masterclasses: All digital course purchases are final and strictly non-refundable once access is granted.
Recurring SIF Memberships (Tiers 1 to 4): Membership subscriptions (Fashion Insider, Designer & Atelier Pro, Haute Studio Elite, Master Atelier Inner Circle) auto-renew on a monthly or annual basis.
- Subscribers may cancel auto-renewal at any time from their account dashboard.
- Upon cancellation, membership benefits remain active until the end of the paid billing cycle.
- No refunds, pro-rated credits, or partial charge adjustments will be issued for any active or past billing period.

2Duplicate or Technical Billing Errors (100% Refund Guarantee)

If an accidental duplicate charge occurs due to a network timeout, payment gateway glitch, or bank reconciliation delay:

The duplicate transaction will be refunded 100% in full.
Please notify our support desk at support@siflegacy.com with your registered email and payment transaction ID within 7 days of the incident.
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original source payment method (Card / UPI / NetBanking) within 5 to 7 business days as per banking network cycles.

3Automated Revocation of Access & Referral Commission Clawbacks

When a refund, return, or payment dispute is recorded in our system via our payment gateway:

Immediate Access Revocation: All enrollment records associated with the refunded transaction are automatically marked as revoked, and course materials, slopers, and quizzes are immediately removed from your student dashboard.
Membership Termination: For refunded subscription payments, the membership is immediately canceled and all tier perks are forfeited.
Affiliate Reward Reversal: If the original purchase was made using a referral code, any pending or mature referral commission credited to the referring affiliate is automatically reversed and deducted from their earnings balance.

4Physical Tailoring Toolkits, Scissors & Pattern Slopers

For physical shipments (such as SIF Studio Tailoring Starter Kits, French Curve Rulers, and Printed Blueprint Sheets):

Replacement Only: We do not offer cash refunds on physical items once dispatched. However, if any tool arrives physically broken, damaged, or defective, we will send a free replacement.
Unboxing Proof Required: To claim a replacement for in-transit damages, students must share an unbroken package unboxing video and photo within 7 days of delivery to support@siflegacy.com.

5Offline Studio Diploma Batches & Admission Seat Reservations

Seat reservation deposits and token admission fees paid for offline physical batches at the SIF Pune Atelier are strictly non-refundable. These reserves lock a physical sewing station, industrial machine allocation, and batch quota which prevents other applicants from enrolling.

6Fraudulent Chargebacks & Legal Remedies

Filing fraudulent chargebacks with banks after consuming course content, taking quizzes, or downloading pattern slopers is a violation of SIF's Terms of Service. In such events, the student's account access and enrollments will be instantly revoked, SIF reserves the right to cancel associated certificates, and legal recovery notices will be served in accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Indian Penal Code.
